How do i install the bot on my site? Once you have created and configured a Bot, you will be supplied with a Html code snippet that needs to be installed in your website. Visit the resource page for installation example, or contact our support team via the support page for assistance.
Can i cancel my subscription? All plans and subscriptions can be canceled at any time in the admin section of the website. Subscriptions will remain effective until the end of the billing period.
How is my usage calculated? Usage is calculated based on the number of AI conversations the bot makes. Usage is pooled across the bots. Text is processed as tokens, which are common sequences of characters found in text. A general rule of thumb is that one token generally corresponds to ~4 characters of text for common English. It is roughly 3/4 of a word (so 100 tokens ~= 75 words).

How is chatabot installed on wordpress sites:
1. Login to your Chatabot.ai Admin Panel, Navigate to My Chatbots and click DEPLOY.
2. Click COPY.
3. Login to your wordpress admin panel.
4. Navigate to Plugins, and click Add New.
5. Search for WPCode and Click Install Now
6. After Installation is complete, Click Activate.
7. Now on the Left Side panel navigate to Code Snippets, and Click Add Snippet.
8. Choose Universal Snippet from the Code Type dropdown.
9. Now you can paste the Chatabot.ai Snippet in the Code Preview box.
10. Leave All other options as Default, and press Save Snippet.
11. Toggle the Active button, and then press Update.
12. Navigate to your website, and refresh the page. Your bot should live and ready.

How is chatabot installed on shopify sites:
1. Copy The Deploy Code from the Chatabot.ai admin panel.
2. Login to your Shopify Store.
3. Click on Themes.
4. Click Customize.
5. Find and click on Edit Code.
6. Click on theme.liquid
7. Scroll to the bottom of the page and paste the Chatabot snippet.
8. Press Save.
