Where do I go to upgrade my account?
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan by logging into the admin section, then select the Plans Tab.
How do i install the bot on my site?
Once you have created and configured a Bot, you will be supplied with a Html code snippet that needs to be installed in your website. Visit the resource page for installation example, or contact our support team via the support page for assistance.
Can i cancel my subscription?
All plans and subscriptions can be canceled at any time in the admin section of the website. Subscriptions will remain effective until the end of the billing period.
How is my usage calculated?
Usage is calculated based on the number of AI conversations the bot makes. Usage is pooled across the bots. Text is processed as tokens, which are common sequences of characters found in text. A general rule of thumb is that one token generally corresponds to ~4 characters of text for common English. It is roughly 3/4 of a word (so 100 tokens ~= 75 words).
